Inspired by illuminated manuscripts from the middle ages, these pieces a composed of medallions, borders and fillings; reminiscent and yet going beyond that richness, with tactile as will as visual appeal.

Canvaswork stitch patterns
Or Nué
Surface embroidery on canvas
Metal thread techniques
Spring and Autumn incorporate Blackwork patterns.
Summer and Winter incorporate Pulled Thread patterns.
